This is a program that is available to you at no cost. The program has trained healthcare clinicians who are ready to build one-on-one contacts with you. They will teach you, counsel you, and support you to help you reach your goal. Working as a team over the telephone, you and your health coach develop a plan where you promise to make changes in your behavior and life-style. These coaches will encourage and motivate you to stick with your plan to help you break free from cigarettes.
