ATTENTION: Effective Dec. 31, 2019, Sunshine Health will no longer be providing the Florida Healthy Kids Stars full-pay plan.

- Florida KidCare will send you information about how to select a new Florida Healthy Kids health plan for your child(ren) starting Jan. 1, 2020. Please read this information carefully and contact Florida KidCare at 1-888-540-KIDS, Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time to make your new health plan selection. Florida KidCare is having a Special Open Choice Period from Oct. 28 to Nov. 30 for you to make this choice.

Sunshine Health is proud to contract with the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation to offer health insurance to children between the ages of 5 and eighteen. The Healthy Kids Program is administered by the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation (FHKC). It is a government-sponsored program offering quality, affordable health insurance to children that are not Medicaid-eligible or eligible for a subsidy. Coverage includes doctor visits, immunizations, dental care*, vision services, emergency care, hospital stays and other services.
Sunshine Health offers Florida's only full pay Healthy Kids plan - Sunshine Health Stars. To find a provider for our Sunshine Health Stars plan, please click here.
