Our Community Connections Centers serve the community in many ways. Doors are open to residents, community partners, local businesses and charities to meet, learn and network with the goal of improving health and wellness. Additionally, Community Connections Centers provide anyone in the public with access to computer, internet and phone services and other resources to address social determinants of health.
