Community Connections Centers

Our Community Connections Centers serve the community in many ways. Doors are open to residents, community partners, local businesses and charities to meet, learn and network with the goal of improving health and wellness. Additionally, Community Connections Centers provide access to computer, internet and phone services and other resources to address social determinants of health.

Free Monthly Food Pantries

Sunshine Health is proud to partner with Farm Share to help bring healthy food directly to the communities we serve.Our monthly food pantries provide fresh produce and shelf-stable food to the community. Community members can pick up healthy food and learn about helpful programs, services, and resources available in their area.

When: Third Thursday of every month
Where: Community Connections Centers
Time: 9 a.m. to noon
Who: Open to all community members
First-come, first-served – while supplies last.
