Sunshine Health's provider complaint system permits providers to dispute our policies, any aspect of our administrative functions, claims/billing and service authorizations. We allow providers forty-five (45) days from the date an issue occurred to file a written complaint about non-claim relates issues. For claims related issues, Sunshine Health allows providers ninety (90) days from the date of the final determination of the primary payer to file a complaint.
