Caregiver Resources

Caregivers are an important part of our members’ health and quality of life, but being a caregiver isn’t always easy. Caregivers often take on the duty of assisting their loved one, in addition to working or caring for others. We want to help caregivers care for themselves and our members by offering education, tools and resources. That is why we started the Caregiving Collaborations® program. We want to support all of the caregivers in our community who do so much for our members. We hope to improve their quality of life and support our members and their ability to stay in their community.

A caregiver’s job can include:

  • Personal care
  • Home chores
  • Emotional support
  • Medical care
  • Help with finances

If you are a caregiver and would like to learn more about the Caregiving Collaborations® program, please call Member Services at 1-866-796-0530 (TTY 1-800-955-8770) and ask to be transferred to your loved one’s care coordinator.
