Look out for Credentialing Emails from Certify

Sunshine Health has partnered with Certify to send important credentialing and recredentialing emails to providers. Please watch out for these emails. Do not ignore them, delete them or treat them like spam.
These are important, time-sensitive emails that providers must respond to as soon as possible. When you see an email in your inbox from Certify, it means you are due for credentialing or recredentialing.
Watch Out for These Emails
- Emails with @Centene in the sender’s name or email address
- Emails with a domain ending in .certifyos.com
When You Get an Email, Take These Steps
When you receive a Sunshine Health credentialing or recredentialing email from Certify, take these steps:
- Review: Carefully review the instructions.
- Respond: Send a response within the requested timeframe.
- Submit: Send all requested documentation completely and accurately.
