Doula services do not require prior authorization

Sunshine Health has an important update for expectant mothers and the physicians who treat them:

Doula services no longer require prior authorization.

Doula visits can take place at home, in a doctor’s office or a public place.

If your patient needs the services of a doula, please direct them to contact the Doula Network team at 1-877-436-8527, extension 0.
