Sunshine Health Member ID Card Update Effective April 17

Sunshine Health is introducing newly redesigned, standardized member ID cards beginning April 17, 2026. These updates support consistency across Florida plans and help improve the member experience.

Existing members will not be reissued ID cards as part of this update. Only new members who enroll in Sunshine Health or request a replacement ID card on or after April 17, 2026, will receive the new card design.

Both current and newly redesigned Sunshine Health ID cards are valid for member identification and eligibility verification. Please continue to verify eligibility and benefits using your existing processes. No changes are required to provider workflows at this time. Claims processing and eligibility verification remain unchanged.
