New Behavior Analysis (BA) Peer-to-Peer Review Request Form

Behavioral Analysis (BA) providers who want to schedule a Peer-to-Peer review can now use our online Behavior Analysis Peer-to-Peer Request Form to submit the review request.
Here are some guidelines to keep in mind when scheduling a Peer-to-Peer review:
- Peer-to-Peer requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the denial letter date. Requests made after this time period will not be scheduled. In those cases, please submit an appeal.
- Peer-to-Peer discussions are currently being scheduled two weeks from the date of the request.
- Please submit any additional documentation needed for authorization before requesting a Peer-to-Peer meeting. Documents submitted after the request will not be reviewed.
- Peer-to-Peer reviews cannot address cases where services were denied due to missing documentation.
