Action Required: Update PaySpan Health Information

We want to let you know about important steps needed to correct payment issues that resulted from our integration with Staywell Health Plan, including Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Health Plan.

You have been identified as either a WellCare provider who recently joined the Sunshine Health network and received paper checks, or a behavioral health provider who already had been a member of the Sunshine Health network.

Action required: Please update your information with PaySpan Health, including adding Sunshine Health and Ambetter Payer IDs and re-registering your address, to assist in resolving electronic payment issues.

We partner with PaySpan Health to offer providers electronic funds transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA). This service is offered at no charge to providers and is a secure, quick way to electronically settle claims.

Please follow the steps below to login and update your PaySpan account:

  • Go to PaySpan and click User Login for access.
  • Once you login, please update the Payer IDs: Sunshine Health/Ambetter is 68069; Behavioral Health is 68068.
  • If your address is incorrect in PaySpan, please update to the correct address. Also, contact Sunshine Health at 1-844-877-8313 to update your address in our systems.
  • If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact the PaySpan Provider Support team at 1-877-331-7154 or email providersupport@payspanhealth.com.
