Sunshine Health is aware of an issue related to certain providers 1099 forms mailed on February 1st. We will be reissuing corrected 1099s to all impacted providers as soon as possible.
Also, don’t forget to register for Sunshine Health’s provider portal to check eligibility, claims status, authorizations and more at www.sunshinehealth.com.
