We are sending members a new card for 2024 because the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) is changing to Express Scripts. What you need to know:
- Medicaid (MMA) ID Card
- Long Term Care (LTC) ID Card
- Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Specialty Plan ID Card
- Child Welfare Specialty Plan (CWSP) ID Card
- Children's Medical Services (CMS) Health Plan ID Card
