Care Management

We understand children in the child welfare system have special or complex medical needs. Sunshine Health offers care management services to help with these needs. If your child has special needs or a disability, a case manager may be able to help. Our care managers are registered nurses or social workers. They can help you understand your child’s needs and help coordinate care with your child’s doctors.

If you think that care management may be able to help your child, call Member Services at 1-855-463-4100 for more information and ask to speak to a care manager.
