Reminder to Providers of Residential or In-Patient Services: You Must Report Your Emergency Status to AHCA

As a reminder, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires all licensees providing residential or inpatient services to use an approved database for reporting its emergency status, planning or operations. The Agency transitioned to a new approved database for reporting this information, effective August 2018: Emergency Status System (ESS).

Please log in to ESS to update information regarding census, available beds, utilities, evacuation, generators, damages (related to the storm) and all other reportable event-related information.
