Recovery Project Update: Project Suspended for Additional Review

This notice is to inform you that the recovery project referenced in prior correspondence has been suspended at this time. This applies to letters with project numbers PROJ-720970993 and PROJ-720953501.

The recovery letters were initiated as part of a standard audit process that considers recognized federal holidays and weekend schedules. Review of individual school calendars is conducted during the dispute or appeal phase and is not performed prior to the issuance of initial recovery notifications.

At this time, no claims have been recouped. As part of our commitment to accuracy and fairness, the recovery project has been paused to allow for an additional review and data validation process. This review will remove items associated with non‑standard holidays that may vary by individual school or district before any future recovery activity is considered.

Additional communication will be provided should the project resume following completion of this re‑evaluation.
