Sunshine Health will continue to cover Targeted Case Management (TCM) (code T1017) services delivered via telehealth.

Telehealth Coverage for Targeted Case Management (TCM) Ends March 9

Sunshine Health aligns its telehealth coverage with state regulations. Although certain telehealth flexibilities continued after the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ended, they are now being phased out.

Starting March 9, 2026, Sunshine Health will no longer cover Targeted Case Management (TCM) (code T1017) delivered via telehealth. This change is in accordance with the Agency for Health Care Administration’s guidance.

Please note, Sunshine Health will not recoup previously paid claims for TCM services delivered via telehealth.
