Sunshine Health Works Launchpad: Online Career Support

Do you want to find out what you're good at and explore new jobs? Try the Sunshine Health Works Launchpad, a free online tool for members ages 16 and up. You can access it via computer, tablet, or phone.

With Launchpad, you can:

  • Take short quizzes to find your strengths
  • Use easy-to-follow tools to plan your career
  • Get support finding jobs that fit your interests
  • Learn new skills with helpful guides
  • Create a resume that gets noticed

How to use Launchpad

  1. Connect to Launchpad through the Secure Member Portal.
  2. Take the 5-question survey. Your answers will be used to recommend job types and help you set goals. You can edit your answers any time under Profile.
  3. Click the Home tab and complete steps as listed. As you do, you will earn achievement badges and more steps will be unlocked, including your Career Plan and the Launchpad Toolkit.
    • Step 1: Work Ready Soft Skills
    • Step 2: Career Interests
    • Step 3: Financial Reality Check
    • Step 3: Work Ready Academic Skills
  4. Review Launchpad’s targeted areas for improvement based on your answers in Steps 1-4.
  5. Continue exploring jobs, cover letter templates, training activities, and more in the Launchpad Toolkit.

Launchpad Unlocks Extra Benefits

  • Educational Vouchers: Members 16+ can receive a $150 voucher after completion of the Launchpad educational modules to pursue additional training/education.
  • Tattoo Removal Voucher: Members 18-26 can receive up to a $500 voucher for tattoo removal (one per lifetime) after completion of the Launchpad educational modules and with proof of workforce need.
