Title 19 (Medicaid) Dental Care

Members who qualified for CMS Health Plan through Florida Medicaid are enrolled in the Title 19 plan. If you do not pay a monthly premium for your child’s health insurance, then your child is enrolled in this plan.

Your child’s Medicaid benefits include dental care coverage. Your child’s dental benefits are not administered by the CMS Health Plan. Once your child has been enrolled in Medicaid, one of the three dental plans below will be assigned to them.

If you have questions or want to change your child’s assigned dental plan, visit Medicaid Managed Care website or call 1-877-711-3662 to talk to a Medicaid Choice Counselor.
