Find a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) Provider

We want to make sure your child gets the care they need quickly and easily. That’s why we made a list of in-network providers that can give your child a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE).

A CDE is used to diagnose specific conditions and disorders related to development. It helps providers determine what type of services may be appropriate for your child. Sunshine Health covers the cost of a CDE when it is medically necessary and completed by an in-network provider.

These providers are ready to help and may have little or no wait time. Please remember, wait times can change. Call the provider first to make sure they can see your child soon.
