You can’t take care of your baby if you don’t also care for yourself. These newsletters will help remind you to also focus on your own health during your baby’s action-packed first year.

Any new mother is encouraged to sign up for our newsletter by filling out the form below. But please note, some of the content is designed especially for our Sunshine Health Medicaid members and new mothers to help them make the most of Sunshine Health benefits and services. State Medicaid coverage was recently extended to allow women to keep Medicaid for 12 months after giving birth.
